NickCo Ventures LLC is an outward reflection of the many inward strengths and synergies that make up the conolidation and rebranding of HomeIn Project Administration LLC and evolution of Caribbean and international ventures and colleagues under NickCo Ventures LLC. The organization operates on a global foortprint with a presence in Israel and resources in Iraq and Amman, Jordan.
Our land development and construction expertise is an outgrowth of my down-time running heavy equipment with engineers in Iraq and Afghanistan, heavy equipment school in Oregon, heavy equipment operator placement and heavy equipment repair services in Las Vegas, and today, land development and project oversight which is best demonstrated through the images in the Construction page.
The core to any successful project is a solid foundation and that begins with comprehensive commissioning and administration services starting with feasibility studies. We put a better foundation within everyone's reach and we know how to do it Right!
Reflection
Lineage traces back to my beginnings in the Caribbean where I worked and lived for over 30 years, first as a private military contractor for my Father's company, Ranger International Ltd, and later, as assistant managing director for a subsidiary fiduciary services company, Ranger Services Ltd., on the island of Tortola in the BVI. It being the preferred jurisdiction for corporate and trust formation, financial privacy, security and wealth building in the Caribbean, the British Virgin Islands became the epicenter for fiduciary operations of International companies.
Working daily with our lawfirm, Ansbacher Limited, I learned from the best the tradecraft of asset protection and structuring and by the mid 80's, we were managing a portfolio of over 720 corporate and trust clients.
